Shipping

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual item descriptions.

If you purchase multiple products, all items will ship together according to the later lead time. You may contact us at orders@avandistudio.com to request multiple shipments.

Note: shipping fees are non refundable.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Delays due to customs sometimes occur and, although we do our best to provide accurate information, we are not responsible for them.

Return policy

Due to the nature of the materials we use, each product is unique and can be slightly different in texture and feel.

You should be truly satisfied with your purchase! 

If you are not:

1. Please or contact write to orders@avandistudio.com within 14 days of reception, stating the reason for the return. 
2. We will send you a return label, please make sure you ship everything back within 30 days of shipping, in the original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for any loss in value.
3. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. Shipping costs both ways will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Repairs

Avandi will replace or repair any defects in material or workmanship under normal use free of charge (shipping excluded), for a period of two years. 
After that period, or for damages caused by the buyer, we can accommodate repairs at the buyer's cost.

Payment

All transfers conducted through Avandi are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
