RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the materials we use, each product is unique and can be slightly different in texture and feel.

You should be truly satisfied with your purchase! 

If you are not:

1. Please or contact write to orders@avandistudio.com within 7 days of reception, stating the reason for the return. 
2. We will send you a return label, please make sure you ship everything back within 30 days of shipping, in the original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for any loss in value.
3. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. Shipping costs both ways will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Repairs

Avandi will replace or repair any defects in material or workmanship under normal use free of charge (shipping excluded), for a period of one year. 
After that period, or for damages caused by the buyer, we can accommodate repairs at the buyer's cost.
